Police seek information about missing Waterloo teen

Huron OPP are seeking information on the whereabouts of 17-year-old Brendan Dixon of Waterloo (pictured here), who recently visited Seaforth but had yet to return to Waterloo as of late Tuesday morning, according to police.
SEAFORTH – Huron OPP are seeking information on the whereabouts of a missing Waterloo teenager who recently visited Seaforth.

Police say 17-year-old Brendan Dixon of Waterloo recently visited a residence along Church Street in Seaforth with his family and decided to hitch hike back to Waterloo.

OPP say they received a report of an "overdue teen" (Dixon) Saturday at 6:25 p.m. but said late Tuesday morning Dixon had yet to return to Waterloo.

Police issued the following description of the missing teenager:

• 5’11” (177 cm), 110 lbs (50 kg) with a slim build;
• Medium length, straight brown hair;
• Brown eyes;
• Wearing blue T-shirt and blue jeans.
