Construction on the Sunny Meadow Medical Centre is one step closure to completion as workers put the finishing touches on the roof of the structure.

Situated at the northwest corner of Sunny Meadow and Peter Robertson boulevards, the new medical centre will boast retail stores, restaurant and medical offices.

With close proximity to Brampton Civic Hospital, Sunny Meadow Medical Centre will feature labs, x-ray, chiropractic, and pharmaceutical services and general practitioners.

The centre will create long-term professional jobs for its community, developers say.

A full movement entrance from Sunny Meadow Boulevard and another via Peter Robertson Boulevard will grant access to the site.

The parking lot is located at the rear of the site and screened from the street by the building and with landscaping.

The building will also offer easy access to underground parking, accommodation for new medical technology in an architecturally pleasing environment.

The developer plans to target the medical profession by offering a unique business venture to professionals by giving them the option to buy into the medical office condominium.

Versa Construction is the general contractor for the project designed by Global Architect Inc.
